With these abstract watercolors, I explore relationships between non squared grids and organic life. We tend to create square grids to represent a convenient, modern, and intellectual abstraction. The geometries I have been studying use a different grid, which is stunningly close to life. With simple volumes and colors, a shape seem to come out of the paper. The shivering brushtrokes create an impressive feeling of relief. At some times, the person disappears and become a way into a deep landscape.
